How the CIA Stole Christmas

There's cookies by the fireplace
and ornaments on the tree
The scene is set despite the threats outlined in the North Pole's NIE
and the Artic's undisclosed facility
No that won't ruin Christmas time for me
'Cause I've been good this year
well behaved and kind
But for the life of me I can't explain
the town car driving past my room at night
and the microphones within the blinking lights
There's creatures stirring in my house tonight

I know, the boxes and the bows have all disappeared
My list, it didn't plan for this, I'll wait 'til next year
And I find it suspect that they need to protect Santa Claus's identity
The CIA destroyed my Christmas presents accidentally

There's cameras in the chimney
and the fireplace is bugged
Wake up now, what is that sound
Is Santa here or is it just those thugs
and all this empty giftwrap on the rug
Are Mom and Dad asleep or are they drugged

I know, the boxes and the bows have all disappeared
My list, it didn't plan for this, I'll wait 'til next year
And I find it suspect that they need to protect Santa Claus's identity
The CIA destroyed my Christmas presents accidentally
