Megan Phelps-Roper, a twenty-three-year-old legal assistant, seized the opportunity. “Thank God forAIDS!” she tweeted that morning. “You won’t repent of your rebellion that brought His wrath on you in this incurable scourge, so expect more & worse! #red.”
