Lead Up. Use the best known Dale Carnegie technique. Show interest, ask questions, listen, engage, add value, be empathetic and, by all means, be yourself — your amplified self. Like it or not, people will judge you, so if you can influence their judgment to a large extent without driving yourself mad, do so.
