Of all the fruits available at the produce aisle, the kiwi has one of the worst reputations. We think the prickly skin protecting the sweet, green fruit underneath might be to blame. It could also be the crunchy black seeds that dot the center of the fruit. Either way, the kiwi deserves better. One way to help folks see the light when it comes to this fruit's sweet qualities is to find a simple way to get past that hairy, brown skin.
