How To Have a Summer Body Year-Round

Cynthia Pasquella was in her 20s and living in Los Angeles when her world started to fall apart. First she gained a lot of weight, and then she became very ill. Ultimately, she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a condition that left her unable to work. "I went to trainers, nutritionists, healers, I was hypnotized," she recalls. "Nothing worked."

One morning, Cynthia was in the shower when she found a lump in one of her breasts. "I thought, 'This is not happening.' I was just so completely broken."

After even considering ending her own life, Cynthia heard a little voice inside her head. "It said, 'What if this wasn't happening to you, what if it were happening for you?'" she explains. "And I realized I didn't want anyone else to ever feel like I felt in that moment."

Cynthia became a certified clinical nutritionist and a holistic life coach, and has since helped countless people turn their lives around. "It's never too late to start living the life that you are meant to live," says Cynthia, whose approach to weight loss combines the science of what foods to eat with concepts to help people discover what they're really hungry for. "It's not about the food. It's about the void that we all have inside us, that reconnecting to ourself that we're so hungry for. That's really been the key to healing my own body as well as helping thousands, millions of women around the world heal theirs."

“"You were not destined to be overweight and unhappy for the rest of your life. Regardless of your age, your very best years are still in front of you."”

Cynthia, who is the best-selling author of "P.I.N.K. Method," "The Hungry Hottie Cookbook," and creator/host of the popular web series, "What You're Really Hungry For," has now created an online subscription-based program called "Summer Body Club."

"When summer comes, women start to feel the pressure," she says. "The problem is we starve ourselves, and we beat ourselves up and we fall off the wagon. So what I wanted to do was to create a program that allowed you to never have to worry about that again, ever, because now you can have a summer body all year round."

In the video above, she explains why Summer Body Club -- which includes a customized plan for your personality type, daily emails, workouts, meal plans and mindset strategies -- is a life-changing fresh approach. "For anyone who has struggled with diets before, this is the game changer," she says. "You were not destined to be overweight and unhappy for the rest of your life. Regardless of your age, your very best years are still in front of you."
