How to Make Salted Caramel Ice Cream Without an Ice Cream Maker

You might be attempting a healthy summer diet right now, and if you are, I'm sorry because this ice cream will change that. This no-churn salted caramel ice cream is heavenly - plus it only takes 15 minutes to prepare. Oh, hell yes.

Cook Time: 8 hours
Total Time: 8 hours 15 minutes
Servings: 6-7

14-oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon bourbon
2 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
2 cup heavy cream, chilled

In a large bowl, stir condensed milk, caramel, vanilla and bourbon until combined. Set mixture aside.

In another bowl with a hand mixer, whip heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a spatula. Try to keep cream as fluffed as possible, while still combining.
