How to make Samosa's LIKE A BOSS! | Indian Recipes #CookwithAnisa #recipeoftheday

Another easy family favourite recipe for you guys! Whenever we want a tasty fried snack, Samosa's are always taken out the freezer first!

These Samosa's are fried into a crisp triangle shaped pastry, and can be filled with chicken, lamb, spicy potatoes, peas, lentils. Everyone loves Samosas especially with ketchup, chilli sauce or chutney and they can be enjoyed at any occasion!

All the Ingredients you should find in your local supermarket or indian grocer:

  • 1 & half teaspoon fresh garlic ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chilly
  • 1 & half teaspoon coriander cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1kg chicken mince
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Handful fresh coriander and spring onions
  • Ready-made samosa leaves.
  • To glue samosas together, 3 tablespoon plain flour and cup of water.
