The pamphlets, which are mailed back to the offending companies at their own expense, portray workers mutinying and trashing their office in a rage-fueled rampage, before degenerating into a primitive post-apocalyptic collective that cultivates crops in the building's urinals and dines on its rodents.
While office revolutions certainly sound fun, the pamphlets may actually serve to subtly combat the tremendous amount of waste that comes from junk mail.
Some stats from enviro-advocacy group The Center For A New American Dream:
"More than 100 million trees' worth of bulk mail arrive in American mail boxes each year - that's the equivalent of deforesting the entire Rocky Mountain National Park every four months. (New American Dream calculation from Conservatree and U.S. Forest Service statistics)."
