What is the next step?

What is the next step? What is the next thing you are working on?

The above questions are what I ask myself when I start overthinking.

What is the next step and what is the next thing I need to finish? I then go from step to step until the overthinking slowly stops.

Overthinking is a subconscious sabotage. In the sense that we don't really realize that we are doing it until days go by and there is no forward progress.

Today, I want you to stop sabotaging yourself and your goals and your dreams.

Keep pushing daily and ask yourself , "What is the next step?".
