All the citrus in winter is wonderful, but the blood orange is arguably the best of the bunch. Its tart flavor and bold color make it perfect for recipes of any kind.
But it is particularly appealing for cocktails - it is refreshing, colorful and adds a special note to any drink. So we went to Masa y Agave at Rosa Mexicano to get John D. McCarthy to share his tips for using it properly.
