Chipotle, purveyor of giant, delicious burritos, is having a great 2015. Not only has the chain solved its carnitas shortage, it's also offering delivery for those of us too lazy to get off the couch.
But on Wednesday, Chipotle announced what might be the chain's greatest gift ever -- the chance to win FREE Chipotle burritos for a year for you and a friend. Yes, that's a full calendar year and yes, you will need to narrow down which of your friends is your favorite.
The sweepstakes are a part of Chipotle's new "Friend or Faux" campaign, which launches July 21. Friend or Faux is an online game designed to let customers "learn about the difference between Chipotle's ingredients and those commonly used to make fast food." Though we don't really want to know what goes into our Chicken McNuggets, it might be worth playing the game just to score some free Chipotle.
For those who do play and complete the game, you'll get a buy-one-get-one-free offer for a burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos AND you'll be entered into a national sweepstakes drawing. Sure, tons of people might try to enter, but there's the tiniest chance you could be one of 50 people to get free Chipotle for you and a friend for a year. It's worth a shot (and 365 burritos!)
