Hugging Strangers In Rome Does Not Go Well (VIDEO)

Andrew Hales started off with a dream: He wanted to walk up to total strangers and let them know he cares. With a hand-hold. With a hug. With any friendship gesture. Because friends are great.

Last time we saw Andrew, he was hugging people in Los Angeles, and this time, he went to Rome and explicitly did not do as the Romans do. Specifically, he went up a mix of Italians and tourists (although it looks like plenty of tourists) and tried engaging them to mixed results.

Free hugs! Liberate the hugger within!
