Hulk Hogan's Sex Tape: Former Wrestler Refiles $100 Million Lawsuit Against Gawker

Hulk Hogan Refiles $100 Million Lawsuit Against Gawker Over Sex Tape

Hulk Hogan isn't letting up. The former pro wrestler has refiled his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker in a Florida state court for the graphic, minute-long footage the website posted of him having sex with former friend Heather Clem on Oct. 4.

TMZ reports that Hogan, 59, has also filed a lawsuit against Clem in the same court for allegedly leaking the six-year-old sex tape to the media and filming him without his knowledge. Gawker has since taken the clip down from its website.

Hogan originally filed a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker on Oct. 16. He dismissed the federal case in December in order to consolidate both lawsuits against Gawker and Clem in the same court.

In October, Hogan appeared on HuffPost Live to discuss the ramifications of the sex tape. "I didn't know the video existed, but I knew that whole sexual thing happened," he said. "I never knew there was a camera. I had no idea someone would put a camera up and do this."
