Months after rumors first surfaced of a possible Hulk Hogan sex tape, footage of the 59-year-old and a woman performing oral sex on him has emerged online. And although Hogan’s lawyers are saying the tape, if real, is “an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust,” sources say it could make Hogan between $250,00 and $500,000.
“Although it’s true that celebrity tapes featuring women do much better than men, Hulk Hogan is a huge international star,” said Steven Hirsh, founder of the adult entertainment company Vivid Entertainment. “There is intense interest in this tape and there’s no doubt it would do great. In fact, it would be the best-selling celebrity tape featuring a male star.”
Hulk does not appear to be aware that he is being filmed on the tape and looks like he might have been set up by a "friend" who, off-camera, tells Hulk and the mystery woman to “do your thing” before leaving them alone with the camera rolling. Ironically, Hulk's seeming lack of knowledge that he is being filmed reduces the value of the tape.
“The sex tape's worth would depend on several things. Quality, length of scene and how hot is the sex. From what I could see, there is only one angle and the sex is not easily viewed,” explains Hirsh. “You can basically see the back of Hulk's body. It would still be worth up to $250,000.”
Randy Spears, star of many X-rated films, disagrees, arguing the former wrestler's tape could be worth as much as $500,000. However, one thing everyone agrees on is that there are lots of other famous men whose sex tapes would be worth more.
“Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Johnny Depp and of course either of the two princes [William or Harry] would get the most money if they made an X-rated movie," says Hirsh. “Oh, and Barack Obama, priceless.”
