Let's face it: Most of the time, being an entrepreneur sucks.

In the beginning of our journey, we need to convince people that our business exists, has the right to exist and will continue to exist. Continuing our journey, if we scale up, we become so busy with growing our business that we sometimes forget why we're doing it to begin with.

We say we have no boss, but I believe entrepreneurs have more bosses than any hired person.

The main reason being an entrepreneur is so hard is because of how we approach it.

The majority of us, while growing our business, mainly use the left side of the brain, falsely believing it will guarantee success.

According to the theory of left-brain or right-brain dominance, each side of the brain controls different types of thinking. Additionally, people are said to prefer one type of thinking over the other.

For example, a person who is "left-brained" is often said to be more logical, analytical and objective, while a person who is "right-brained" is said to be more intuitive, thoughtful and subjective.

In my daily life as an entrepreneur, I find myself encouraged and rewarded by the industry's unwritten rule to take business decisions with my left side of the brain, encouraged to be firstly considerate with our existing budget, business plan and timeline. Encouraged to be strategic with my relationships. Encouraged to convert every f@*#ing thing I do into a deliverable

As much as I honor the left side of the brain and understand its importance for the profitability of our businesses, I'm so exhausted of repressing my creativity and intuition in decision-making -- my right side of the brain (no wonder it's called "right).

Yes, they say start-ups are creative.

But tell me, when was the last time you actually dedicated time for your creativity? When was the last time you nurtured your intuition as an important tool for decision-making? When was the last time you took a few days for rethinking about the strategy of your business from a totally different angle, different approach, disconnected from distractions and deeply ideating about your product?

Remember how much fun it was when your business was just an idea? Back then you used to think so many nights about the possible directions you could take it to. Back then, you could barely fall asleep due to your excitement.

Back then, everything was possible.

But not anymore. Not now.

Because now you're busy. You have investors. Employees. So many stakeholders you need to please, and Q3 of 2015 never seemed closer. So, you find yourself drowning in to-do's. Living your life automatically. Thinking narrowly about things as much as the busy day allows you.

And you are constantly tired, and you are never pleased.

Because once your business accomplishes something, there's a lot more to accomplish, there will always be, right? And they told you that this is the way to succeed, "the world belongs to the discontented."

Who said that?

I could go on and on and write about the misery of being an entrepreneur that works only with the left side of the brain. In today's reality, it's hard to work on balancing both because working only with the left is addictive. So many rewards, so much encouragement, make it feel like it's the only way to go.

But I decided to stop. And I invite you to join me.

My business is my life. And my life will never be full if I won't dedicate the time to Truly Think. Truly be Creative. Truly Ideate. Truly Celebrate.

And I want to do it with a group of inspiring people. In the Israeli desert. Disconnected from all distractions which means no cell phones and no men : )

And we will be surrounded by the wisdom and professional experience of women (that decided to stop with us), and together we will ideate, get out of the box, and spark our businesses and our lives with what the right side of our brain has to offer to this world.

And after that, I hope we can balance the two, and learn how to work with both sides in harmony.

Entrepreneurship doesn't have to suck most of the time. It can be an exciting and a colorful journey. And yes =- I can use the word colorful without being afraid to sound fluffy. This is the right side of my brain, and I embrace it.

We called it Elevation W. And this will be our Time to Think.
