I feel great! What is wrong with me?

I feel great! What is wrong with me?

The most common response I get from clients is, "I feel great, I can't explain it, I don't know what's wrong with me!" That feeling is peace and frankly we aren't used to it. I love it when I hear this because it is a great space for me to physically demonstrate to people how much unconscious resistance they have accumulated in life. They can physically see it. It's not their fault if they didn't know better. We have gotten used to the rhythm of resistance. But, once you know better.....

If you imagine your body like a computer. The brain runs the software the programs that dictate how we think. Meditation is like the upgraded driver that interfaces with the software and the computer. Meditation can figuratively and literally introduce a new high vibrational software into you. It unlike anything else out there! You can now choose how you want to run your body. It takes a little time to get to know the new program like anything else. Sometimes glitches need to be worked out. This is where Conscious Intention kicks in...

In the meanwhile, your nervous system is self inspired to recalibrate to sustain higher vibrational patterns of healing and wisdom. December can be tough for a lot of people. It can also be awesome for a lot of people. I'm famous for saying if you are going through hell just keep on going...try not to hang out there too long, it's how you go through hell that makes all the difference. We can go though anything magically if we are intentional about it. I am in-spirit this holiday season so..."You better watch, you better not cry, you better not pout, I'm telling your why, Santa Claus is coming to town.!"

But a couple of Christmas's ago I wasn't even though I thought I was. Where ever you are, it's important to have a little sacred space to recharge. Create a perfect environment for alignment. Get hooked on the feeling of allowance. Find a quiet peaceful spot, maybe near some soft twinkling lights. Get comfy and spray your aura. Take note of any tension in your body, intentionally relax it! Relax and enjoy the meditation that literally got me through the blues a few years ago and I keep coming back to it and it meets me where I am....Click here for Beautiful and gentle energy transmission. If you are a migraineur don't look at it, just close your eyes and enjoy. Mindfulness and Better Matters, xo Lisa
