I love you America. The American Experiment Continues.

If you know America’s history. You know the American experiment continues to perpetually evolve, expand, and provide for anyone who dares to create their way, build an audience, and do what it takes to win. America is still the land of opportunity.

Therefore, I’m never surprised by the opportunities created. I’m surprised at how many people do not take the opportunities presented.

Now President elect Donald Trump is another opportunity for all of us to learn, grow, and expand.

We all have an opportunity to mature, evolve, and transform our lives and country for the better.

That is part of what makes America a shining example for people worldwide. Americans have the freedom to express the life they want no matter what the circumstances are and go for their goals.

Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, with others went for being elected to the office of President of the United States of America.

Donald Trump won. Congratulations.

What do we do now to continue our evolution?

Love Trumps Hate

If you truly believe LOVE TRUMP HATES.

You can start by saying. “I love Donald Trump.”

If you truly believe in making America great. You can start by saying. “I love Hillary Clinton” and “I love Bernie Sanders”.

If you voted for Hillary Clinton. You must evolve yourself to say “I love Donald Trump.” He is the new United States President and you will be hearing about Donald Trump for at least four years. It’s wise to have his name evoke Love for you, not hate. The sooner the better.

If you voted for Donald Trump. If you truly believe Donald Trump is what is best for all Americans. Then you must evolve yourself to say “I love Hillary Clinton” and “I love Bernie Sanders”. They are Americans.

The gap between you saying and experiencing love for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders could be the same gap between you experiencing love in other parts of your life, with other people in your life, including yourself.

Just stay I love you.

When you say the words “I love you” and get present to your own experiences, you have the instant opportunity to acknowledge, appreciate, and self-educate your own life and expand your own future possibilities.

Our future includes Donald Trump as President of the United States of America.

Accept it. Embrace it. Own it. Love it.

I love Donald Trump.

I said I love Donald Trump over a year ago. I can say it today.

Just like I love Hillary Clinton. I can say I love everyone. “I will never deny my love for anyone.”

Love is a gift we give ourselves.

Saying I love Donald Trump and saying I love Hillary Clinton is a transformational opportunity for anyone who dares to say “I love you” to anyone, including yourself.

The gap between you saying I love you and actually experiencing “love” offers a life altering transformation you will appreciate and welcome for the rest of your life. You could literally become your own soulmate.

But first you must acknowledge love, to appreciate love, to self-educate yourself with love. Love can expand by being-and-experiencing love when you say “I love you.”

Yes you can Love Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton and not agree.

Once you say “I love you Donald Trump” (or Hillary Clinton) practice the distinction; “What Hooks you? Is you.” This is where you must self-educate yourself. No one can do it for you.

“What hooks you? Is you”. Is a powerful self-empowerment distinction where you can instantly gain your own personal power and freedom under any circumstance with anyone. Knowing “What hooks you?” Helps you see the real past-based issue or topic you need to address verse the unconscious reactions to what’s in front of you in the moment.

“Is you.” Helps you distinguish the cause (the story, beliefs or thinking you have) of what is hooking you, so you have full access to the topic or person at hand. You can then interact with the topic or person effectively and efficiently, in the present. Compared to being at the effect of your past.

Hate is always a reaction. Love is always present. If you hate, you are reacting based on the past. If you love, you are present and can create a future. Both occur in a moment. You choose which you bring forth; Love or Hate?

Keep considering if you cannot say “I love you Donald Trump”, whatever is hooking you about Trump is also blocking you from experiencing love - not just for Donald Trump, but with other people in your life. Including yourself. The same applies if you cannot say “I love you Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders.”

Being hooked is a form of upset, anger, hate, resignation, resentment, violence, and a host of experiences that leave you dis-empowered and being a victim to your life’s circumstances. It is powerful to learn, practice and make second nature for you the distinction. “What hooks you? IS YOU.

You and only you can always choose to be empowered or dis-empowered by all circumstances. You choose to hate, to be upset, to be angry at the person or people involved. You can choose to have the breakthrough I’m presenting here. If you want to understand (you will) that what you are really upset about, angry about, resigned about – starts with you, not another person.

Once you get it’s you, not them. Not Trump. Not Hillary. Not the world. You can get responsible for the work you did or didn’t do to create the life you want. The actions you took or didn’t take was your choice. The dreams you wanted but didn’t go for or gave up on. You and only you can own your own internal hate, anger, resignation, resentment and lack of love you have. What hooks you? IS YOU. You and only you and release them.

This does not mean you now accept or condone vile behavior. Or that you are giving up to your circumstances. It means you can take actions and do something about them and your life with love, grace, and ease.

It’s up to you to discover what is hooking you. I can assert the fast track answer IS YOU.

Once again the American Experiment is giving our nation a new opportunity.

Donald Trump is now the President elect of the United States of America.

Whether you choose love or hate is up to you? What hooks you? Is you.
