Republican Butch Otter won the Idaho governor race on Tuesday, defeating opponent A.J. Balukoff
Otter has served as the governor of Idaho since he took office in 2007. Balukoff is a Boise businessman and chairman of the Boise School District.
In a recent debate, Balukoff claimed Otter is "out of touch with regular people."
