Incumbent C.L. "Butch" Otter won the GOP primary election for governor in the state of Idaho Tuesday.

Otter beat out three competitors: State Sen. Russ Fulcher, Bible expert Walt Bayes and Harley-Davidson enthusiast Harley Brown.
