Rush Limbaugh can't handle it, but Idris Elba has been discussing James Bond rumors since 2009. Here in 2014, Elba is still talking about the role.

Elba responded to the escalating rumors with a deprecating tweet about not being handsome enough. (This from one of People's sexiest men alive.)

It seems more and more likely Elba could play Bond. He said during a Reddit AMA session in November that he would "absolutely" take the role if it were offered, and the recent Sony leak revealed the Emmy-nominated actor is one of the studio's top picks to step into 007's shoes. ("Idris should be the next bond," Sony co-chair Amy Pascal wrote.)
