We live in a world of constant change. No matter how hard we try to stop it. Change happens. Often change happens from our “gut” that inner knower within all of us. For many now is a time to take a leap of faith.

By definition a leap of faith is – a jump with great force from a place of trust and confidence.

How do you do this in a world where literally moment by moment the world is changing? A leap of faith is directly related to your ability to ask, listen and trust your “inner knower”. It’s time to grow your ability to trust your gut.

My co-host Ravi Tangri and I explore our experiences growing our trust muscles in this episode of Presence: How to Live & Lead Consciously.

Tips for making a simple and safe leap:

  • Be willing to experiment. Pick one or two ways you can prove to yourself this intuition stuff works.
  • There is no big or small in intuition. Try a few small intuitive acts first.
  • Let go of second-guessing. On a few things this week – ask your inner knowing a question, listen for the answer and act.
  • Give yourself permission to not analyze. Say to yourself I am smart, I am talented and I got this. Then go after it.
  • Act – choose a direction and go.
