The saga of Iggy Azalea and Nick Young continues.
During an interview on the "Orlando & The Freakshow" radio show on Friday, the Aussie rapper revealed that she's "not cool" with cheating in relationships, and she's serious about the repercussions.
"Whatever bro-code is or whatever unspoken code that is, I don’t care, because I have an actual spoken commitment that you’re going to get married to me and that involves not doing any of those other things," she said, presumably of her relationship with Young, her fiance.
After the 25-year-old was asked her what type of athlete's wife she's going to be -- the one who's always investigating her spouse and is never happy, or the one who expects and accepts cheating, so long as it stays away from home -- the "Work" rapper flatly said, "I'm neither of those." (Side note: Yes, the fact that the host categorizes women into those two stereotypes is stupid, but that's an issue for another post.)
"No, I'm not cool with it. Like, you will have half a penis," she said. "I already said, 'One more video, just one more thing and you will lose a quarter of your meat.'"
The host, obviously appalled by her comment, exclaimed, "But you have no idea if it was even true!" Azalea admitted that's why Young "got to slide this time."
Yeah, if we were Young, we would not even think about cheating after that threat.
The interview comes after a video of Young admitting to cheating was reportedly recorded by Young's teammate D’Angelo Russell. (It's all very dramatic and confusing, but you can find a helpful explainer here.)
