It is so humbling when royals take the time to meet and greet with lowly civilians. Especially when it is a fake royal signing unauthorized autographs in front of their own 400-year-old painting in a museum.

Improv Everywhere recently set up camp at NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art with an actor playing King Philip IV of Spain. Standing in front of his own Velazquez-painted portrait, the "King" offered free autographs and 8x10 photos. Check out the video below.
