In a Place of Rest

I'm drawn to the peacefulness up here. All summer these two horses have been walking around without any fences, making the landscape even more idyllic and peaceful.

I´m drawn to the peacefulness up here. All summer these two horses have been walking around without any fences, making the landscape even more idyllic and peaceful.

Today, I sit down with them for a while. Touching in with nature.

Studying each bit.

Enable my mind to be clearer and calmer.

Then it comes to my mind:

What would have gone unnoticed, if I wasn´t being aware of this moment, being mindful?

Would I then recognize the calming, healing influence of nature?
