We are in interesting times, scary times, at least for Westerners!

We need to hit it hard! There is a new world order in the West. A new world order that defies polls, polls of polls, predictions, media preferentialism, a new leaning that embarrasses prophesies (TB Joshua comes to mind), an emerging sloping that seemingly humiliates the smartest pundits (apologies to Kongi). This is a world order where face value is valueless, where our past is walled permanently in our memories, never to bear on the morass of the moment. This is a world order that calls us to wall-up and break the interconnectivity of the globe, posing unimaginable threat to social globalization.

This is a new twist that refuses to challenge axioms, where ballot is king over polls.

Trump swam on the back of neo-conservatism with an unshakable self-regard and bigotry style that attracted a zealous following and won, Hilary's liberalism earned her a big blow, she has nothing to blame but for those 'uneducated' adults whose integrative complexity couldn't handle political rhetorics and millennials whose sense of experimentation would help bolster social entropy. This is another convulsive experiment about 'they' against 'us' that puts the world on the edge.

In Mr. Trump, an estate developer who had married three times, a Manhattanite who lives on Fifth Avenue and has promised to eject all Muslim Americans, Americans found an improbable messiah!

Mr. Trump comes with a baggage of campaign promises that keep changing day after day, he would stroll into the Oval Office with his larger than life women-groping past, he would line up advisers to draft American Muslim exodus plan and wall building exercise. As GOP now leads Senate and Congress, how he would be put under check remains a challenge in the face of the damning need to reunite the party.

Mr. Trump campaigned as an unapologetic populist and welded obvious identity politics with an economic populism that often defied party doctrine. President Trump is here to shake things up, and everyone should be ready to dance!

According to Matt Flegenheimer and Michael Barbaro, 'the results amounted to a repudiation, not only of Mrs. Clinton, but of President Obama, whose legacy is suddenly imperiled. And it was a decisive demonstration of power by a largely overlooked coalition of mostly blue-collar white and working-class voters who felt that the promise of the United States had slipped their grasp amid decades of globalization and multiculturalism.'

That same coalition stayed away from the preying eyes of polls to pull a surprise at the ballot to embarrass the world and put a halt to social globalisation. CNN's Van Jones called this 'a white lash against a changing country.' The results put an end to the interdependency of humanity, the interrelatedness of cultures, faith and ethnicity, at least for the next four years. This country needs healing!

It was indeed a movement against the world, against logic!

It is a changing world in the West, and in such world, something has to give. For the West, logic has to give. In Britain, millennials voted to be walled up; in 'God's own country,' it was a coalition to sabotage social freedom in a globalizing world. Whether this is true or not, the next four years would go down very fast to unravel the unknown about anti-globalisation.

In the end, what matters isn't what we think is right, it is what occupies our sleeping consciousness, what defines our personal interpretation of social configuration. It is what is deep inside of us, more like the things we say but aren't in consonance with the strings of our heart.

Welcome to Trump's America where fear triumphs over confidence!
