President Barack Obama's second term in office kicks off with a major Inauguration celebration.
Obama -- the first president to be sworn in twice in one weekend since Ronald Reagan -- will be joined by First Lady Michelle Obama, members of Congress and such celebrities as Kelly Clarkson, James Taylor and Beyonce for the festivities.
