Report: Incognito, Martin Done With Dolphins

Two people familiar with the situation say suspended Dolphins guard Incognito sent text messages to teammate Jonathan Martin that were racist and threatening. The people spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the Dolphins and NFL haven't disclosed the nature of the misconduct that led to Incognito's suspension. Suspended offensive guard Richie Incognito and offensive tackle Jonathan Martin, who's on the reserve-non-football illness list after alleging that Incognito bullied him, won't play for the Miami Dolphins again, according to the Miami Herald.

Follow-up interviews were canceled and the report from NFL investigator Ted Wells might not be released until after the Super Bowl, per the report.

Incognito is expected to be paid for the remainder of the season while remaining suspended and then be allowed to play next season, for another team. He's an unrestricted free agent.

Martin won't be activated from the non-football illness list and won't play again for Miami. He'll be traded during the offseason.
