Is innovation in your company dead?

Not sure?

Try answering this question.

When is the last time one of your employees walked in your office with a fresh idea?

If you're having a tough time answering that question, that means innovation in your company is dead.

And, there's no way your company will survive -- especially in this economic environment where new ideas are the key to your company's long-term growth and success.

What Can Be Done?

Create an "Idea Incentive Program" where you reward points to your employees based on new ideas. With those points, your employees can redeem gifts from a customized catalog.

With this type of program in place, you'll soon be saying "I have too many good ideas and don't know where to start."

And, that's a good thing -- especially when it comes to innovation.

Bottom Line: Idea Incentive Programs are an effective way to stimulate creativity in your organization.
