As snow continues to blanket the East Coast and temperatures have been swinging wildly from freezing to downright balmy, my workout routine has begun to suffer from a case of schizophrenia. The Texas Heart Institute reminds me that despite the unpredictable conditions outside, continuing a fitness routine will keep my winter blues at bay and boost my immune system so I may get sick less often.
