Ireland Baldwin And Angel Haze Hit The VMAs Hand-In-Hand

Ireland Baldwin and girlfriend Angel Haze hit the red carpet hand-in-hand at the MTV Video Music Awards at The Forum in Inglewood, California, on Sunday, Aug. 24. The model was there to support her rapper love, who was nominated for Best Video With a Social Message for “Battle Cry,” featuring Sia.

In June, Haze opened up about her relationship with Baldwin during an interview with The Independent. She discussed the public's trepidation to accept them as more than just friends.

"An interracial gay couple, I mean that’s just weird for America right now," said Haze. "We fuck and friends don’t fuck. I have never fucked one of my friends. Once I see you in that way, it doesn’t happen. But we do fuck and it’s crazy and that’s weird to say because I think about it in terms of an audience reading it and them thinking, ‘What the hell?’ But it happens.”
