Isabella Rossellini: There Are No Models Who Can Work In Their Sixties

It's no secret the modeling industry has an obsession with youth, from young teens walking the biggest runways in the world (hey there, Karlie Kloss) to Victoria's Secret Angels having to retire before 30.

Isabella Rossellini, 60 years old and still gorgeous, says she'd love to get back into the game... if only it would have her. Talking on HuffPost Live, the iconic model/actress said, "I wish to model today, but there are no models who can work [in their] sixties."

Which, sadly, is mostly true. There are a few exceptions, of course, like 60-year-old Cindy Joseph and 81-year-old Carmen Dell'Orefice.

But fashion has changed greatly and in more ways than one. "The industry has become bigger than in the '80s, when I was working," said Isabella. "It became much bigger. There is a lot of attention paid to fashion that wasn't before."

Indeed. But there's still a spot there for Rossellini, who posed for a Bulgari campaign for her latest collection of Isabella Rossellini for Bulgari bags just last year.
