Fee-fi-fo-fum, a new "Jack The Giant Slayer" trailer this way come.
Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema have released a new preview for the upcoming film, "Jack The Giant Slayer." Formerly titled "Jack The Giant Killer," the film reimagines the childhood classic, "Jack and the Beanstalk." (The title was changed to make "Jack" appeal more to families.)
Directed by Bryan Singer ("X-Men"), the film stars Nicholas Hoult as the young Jack. Hoult, who got his start as the little boy in 2002's "About A Boy" with Hugh Grant, is all grown up and making a name for himself. In addition to "Jack the Giant Slayer," the actor also appears in the upcoming zombie-rom-com, "Warm Bodies." He's also dating "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence.
"[My boyfriend] is honestly my best friend, and hopefully I'm his best friend too," Lawrence recently told Elle magazine. "He's my favorite person to be around and he makes me laugh harder than anybody."
In the new film, Hoult, as Jack, must battle the giants atop the famous beanstalk to protect humankind and save the princess that he loves.
Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, and Bill Nighy, among others co-star in "Jack the Giant Slayer," which is out in theaters on March 1, 2013.
