In the latest development in CrabGate, the Leon County Sheriff's Office released security video on Thursday that showed Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston leaving a Publix supermarket in Florida without paying for his items.
The Heisman Trophy winner was issued a civil citation on April 30 after leaving the supermarket without paying for $32 worth of seafood. In a statement issued through his lawyer, Winston admitted to making "a terrible mistake for which I'm taking full responsibility."
As details of the incident were still emerging, many on Twitter had fun imagining how the theft of the crab legs might have occurred.
