Folks, the 2017 awards are out ― and it’s a great list. The awards not only honor the top chefs and restaurants in our country, but the best food books, too ― we’re talking cookbooks and nonfiction books. This year’s award-winning book list is impressive and included some cookbooks about which we’ve already waxed poetic.
