Colleges across America are preparing for a new school year and the cost of tuition and student loans is becoming a bigger election issue than ever before. Democratic strategist James Carville and pollster Stan Greenberg talked about the value of an education at 92Y in July. According to Carville, economists have started to wonder whether the cost of an education is no longer worth the value.
