James Harden Hits 7 3-Pointers Without Missing In Rockets-Thunder Game 5 (VIDEO)

James Harden Lights Up Thunder

Flu-like symptoms didn't stop James Harden from catching fire in Game 5 against Oklahoma City on Wednesday night.

The bearded All-Star shot the Rockets past the Thunder, nailing seven consecutive three-pointers before finally missing from beyond the arc late in the fourth quarter. He finished with 31 points on 10 of 16 from the field, 7 of 9 from long range, as Houston stole a game on the road to force Game 6.

The last time a player took seven consecutive three-pointers without missing was Robert Horry with the Lakers in 1997, according to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.

"We played pressure-free," Harden said after the Rockets' 107-100 win, via Marc Stein of ESPN.com. "Just go out and hoop. We're an 8-seed. Nobody's expecting us to win."
