Two of the world's biggest gay icons are professing their support for President Barack Obama in unique ways.
In two separate interviews including an appearance on "Chelsea Lately," Jane Lynch revealed her election-themed Halloween costume that all but spelled out her political affiliation.
When host Chelsea Handler asked Lynch about her thoughts on GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, the "Glee" star burst into a fit of laughter before noting, "I’m going as him for Halloween...I’m going to have a top hat and a monocle.”
Wife Lara Embry will also be in on the fun, Lynch added: "My wife is going as Paul Ryan, but workout Paul Ryan -- with the baseball cap on backwards and the iPod.”
Meanwhile, Barbra Streisand (who's been outspoken in her dislike of Romney during her sold-out concert tour) expressed her support for Obama in a new video for the National Jewish Democratic Council (NJDC).
In the newly-released clip, the 70-year-old Hollywood legend says, "[Obama] has also done more for the LGBT community than any president before, repealing 'Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell' and signing the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Act into law."
She goes on to note, "Mitt Romney does not share our values; I know Barack Obama does."
