Janice Dickinson's Lawyer: How Dare Cosby's Attorneys 'Publicly Vilify' My Client?

Janice Dickinson's lawyer Lisa Bloom has some strong words for Bill Cosby and his legal team.

Janice Dickinson's lawyer Lisa Bloom has some strong words for Bill Cosby and his legal team.

Since Dickinson accused Cosby of rape last year, Bloom said her client has been the target of attacks from Cosby's team in an attempt to "publicly vilify" Dickinson. Bloom joined HuffPost Live on Tuesday and shared her sentiments towards the team working to keep Cosby out of court, despite the numerous allegations against him. She told host Caroline Modaressy-Tehrani:

I have a serious question for Bill Cosby's lawyers and spin doctors who have known since 2005 that he admitted under oath to … planning to drug women for sexual purposes. How dare they publicly vilify my client, Janice Dickinson, and other women like her? How do they look at themselves in the mirror every day? I really wonder how they do it. I know they get paid a lot of money to fight every day to keep women out of court to protect Bill Cosby, but really, is that why they went to law school? Is that what they were hoping to do with their lives? I just think it's very, very sad.

Bloom's outspoken response follows the release of the comedian's 2005 testimony, in which he admitted to purchasing quaaludes with the intent to give them to women with whom he wanted to have sex. Dickinson, who is currently suing Cosby for defamation, has since said she feels "validated" after his admission, but she will still seek her day in court.
