Jason Heyward gave Juan Lagares a taste of his own medicine. The Braves' right fielder robbed the Mets' center fielder of an extra-base hit with a sensational diving catch on Tuesday night.
Showing off sensational speed, timing and daring, Heyward made this grab in the second inning of the NL East tilt at Citi Field on Tuesday with the Mets leading 1-0. Despite the impressive effort of Heyward on this play, the Mets would go on to win 5-3.
A day earlier, Lagares made a stellar play of his own, crashing into the wall at Target Field to steal a hit from Twins left fielder Josh Willingham.
