Late last month, Jason Segel could be spotted moving on from Michelle Williams with an unidentified blond beauty. The pair has since been seen enjoying lunch, going on a stroll and cuddling up in West Hollywood, but even during their date on Sunday, the couple was known simply as Segel and "mystery girlfriend."
However, that title is about to change now that Us Weekly has revealed the 33-year-old actor's new female friend to be Serbian-Australian actress Bojana Novakovic.
"He had been dating some girls, a few. But think it may be a little more serious with this one," the insider noted of the "How I Met Your Mother" star. "He wanted to date, but he did learn that down the road he does want something more stable and serious."
Segel split from Williams a couple months ago after struggling with the long distance, as she is based in New York and he is based in Los Angeles, the source added. But Williams has since been cozying up to Brooklyn-based artist Dustin Yellin and Segel looks quite content with the "Edge of Darkness" actress, so at least for now it seems that the decision to go their separate ways (or at least stay on their respective coasts) is for the best.
