Jay-Z Reveals Album Art For 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' Next To Real Magna Carta At The Salisbury Cathedral

Jay-Z Takes Over Famed Religious Site For Album Promotion

Jay-Z has released the cover art for his upcoming "Magna Carta Holy Grail" album in one of the strangest way's possible.

The 43-year-old rapper has apparently set up an art installation in England's Salisbury Cathedral, the site of one of the four original copies of the Magna Carta. For the month of July, the album artwork for Jay-Z's "Magna Carta Holy Grail" will be on display next to the original Magna Carta.

Jay-Z announced the news of the installation on his lifestyle website, Life + Times. The album will be released early to users of a Samsung app as Jay-Z partnered with the company for the release of "Magna Carta Holy Grail." As Samsung pre-ordered one million copies of "Magna Carta Holy Grail" for its customers, the album will likely be certified platinum by RIAA almost immediately.
