Newly pregnant Jenelle Evans was arrested on Dec. 14 following a dispute with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith near her Myrtle Beach house in South Carolina. The "Teen Mom 2" star was booked on the charge of "breaching the peace," after police responded to a distressed call by the 21-year-old's neighbor.
This is not Evans' first arrest. Earlier this year, she was jailed for the possession of heroin and assaulting then-husband, Courtland Rogers. That arrest came shortly after Evans faced drug charges including the illegal possession of Percocet. Previously, Evans was taken into custody twice in Jan. 2012 for violating a domestic violence protective order and for making harassing phone calls, as well as threats to an unidentified individual.
The latest charges come just a week after Evans announced her second pregnancy. The 21-year-old is apparently excited to settle down and have her first child with Griffith, despite the fact that she still does not have custody of her four-year-old son Jace with ex-boyfriend, Andrew Lewis.
According to Us Weekly, Evans has since been released and is now apparently allowed to tweet freely about the incident, the details of which she loudly disputes.
