Despite the fame and money, Jennifer Lopez is still the "Same Girl."
In case fans forgot that the Bronx-bred superstar is still Jenny from the Block, J.Lo released a teaser video for her new track on Sunday. The new single will be featured in her upcoming eighth studio album.
The video for “Same Girl” is an homage to the Nuyorican’s roots and part of it was filmed in the borough’s Andrew Freedman Home, according to People en Español.
With a Yankee’s cap, fur-trimmed hooded jacket and jeans the 44-year-old star is featured in the video singing on subway platforms, in front of graffiti and more in the 46-second clip. On Monday, the songstress also shared a picture and message for her long-time fans.
Last month, the star released the first glimpse of the new track’s music video with a photo of herself waiting for the 6 train on a Bronx subway platform.
