Jennifer Lopez is as glamorous and real as ever as W magazine's May cover star.

The "Shades of Blue" star and "American Idol" judge opens up to the magazine about her "personal failures," like when her seven-year marriage to singer Marc Anthony fell apart.

“When it comes to work, I never get tired," Lopez said. "But with personal failures, I have thought, This is too hard. When my marriage ended, it was not easy to find forgiveness. It wasn’t the dream that I had hoped for, and it would have been easier to fan the flames of resentment, disappointment, and anger."

Lopez recently referred to her failed marriage with Anthony as "the biggest disappointment of my life so far," and said that she had to "work to make things right" with the father of her children, twins Max and Emme.

"I hung in there for seven years," Lopez said, "I knew very quickly that it wasn’t the right thing."

Anthony has since remarried, tying the knot with Shannon De Lima in 2014, while Lopez is back on with her dancer boyfriend, Casper Smart. It seems she made the right choice, as Lopez, who has dated a variety of dancers, musicians and actors like herself, maintains that dancers are better in bed. As she told W, "Musicians are too self-absorbed. They are too concerned with themselves to be great in bed."

And though she's been through three marriages, Lopez maintains that she still thinks about marriage and growing old with someone. If her relationship with Smart doesn't last, maybe she could go on a date with Leonardo DiCaprio, because, as her segment on "Carpool Karaoke" with James Corden revealed, he is obviously interested "boo boo."
