Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart & The Boss Rock The NY Comedy Festival's 'Stand Up For Heroes' Benefit (PHOTOS)

Two nights ago at the Beacon Theater in New York City, music and comedy all-stars appeared to entertain for charity at the fourth annual Stand Up for Heroes show, presented by the Bob Woodruff Foundation and The New York Comedy Festival.

Hosted by Jon Stewart and Bob and Lee Woodruff, the night's guests included legendary comedian Jerry Seinfeld, "The Boss" himself Bruce Springsteen, and other guests including Joel McHale, Brian Williams, Bill Burr, Tony Bennett and the Max Weinberg Big Band.

The benefit raised over $2.5 million in funds to for injured service members and their families. The money goes toward physical rehabilitation and counseling of disabled veterans as well as education, employment and financial assistance for military families.
