Jinkx Monsoon To Star In 'Return To Grey Gardens' With Peaches Christ

It's been almost a year since Jinkx Monsoon stole our hearts in the fifth season of "RuPaul's Drag Race." With this season's queens competing in the annual "snatch game" on Monday, many of us were left reminiscing about Monsoon's show-stopping performance of Little Edie that put her on the fast-track for the crown in season five.

Now, Monsoon is teaming up with the iconic Peaches Christ for "Return To Grey Gardens," a 90-minute original production inspired by the "Grey Gardens" we all know and love. Starring Jinkx Monsoon as Lil' Jinkxy and Peaches Christ as Big Peachy, the show will also feature Thomas Dekker, Lady Bear, and the incomparable Squeaky Blonde.

The hilarious production, written and directed by Peaches Christ, is set forty years in the future and follows an aging drag mother and her bitter drag daughter -- both of whom continue to perform for an empty house.

The Los Angeles edition of "Return To Grey Gardens" is slated to take place on Saturday, April 5th at 8pm at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre. Check out the trailer above and head here for tickets and information.
