J.K. Rowling may have wrapped up her Harry Potter saga, but she's far from done spinning us yarns. Now the three novels in her Cormoran Strike mystery series will be adapted for BBC1, set to being production this fall.

You may remember the series from its first title, The Cuckoo's Calling, published in 2013 by someone named Robert Galbraith. Because when people found out Robert Galbraith was actually Joanne "Kathleen" Rowling, they were all like, "Whaaaa???"

Since that revelatory moment, Rowling has penned another addition, The Silkworm, with a third, Career Of Evil, set to be published late next month. They all follow a one-legged war-vet-turned-private-eye around London as he solves crimes with help from his sidekick secretary, Robin Venetia Ellacott. (NB: We'd like Rowling to name all of our pets, children and automobiles from now on.)

The series will be produced by Rowling's Bronte production company, and she'll serve as executive producer. Casting announcements have not yet been made.

In the meantime, Rowling's (maybe) last feature films set in the Harry Potter universe, the "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" trilogy, will be released starting next year.
