Model and "Real Housewives of Miami" reality star Joanna Krupa and nightclub owner Romain Zago married Thursday evening in a lavish $1 million wedding in California.
Krupa's representative confirmed to Us Weekly that the 34-year-old married Zago "in a million dollar princess wedding" in Southern California on June 13. The Polish beauty walked down the aisle in a $30,000 Chagoury Couture strapless gown with a jewel-encrusted bodice and a tiered high-low skirt.
"Everything down to the napkins were custom made for it," a source told Us.
The extravagant fete took place at the swanky Park Hyatt Aviara resort in San Diego, according to People magazine.
"The ceremony featured many candles and was very romantic. Joanna wore a strapless dress and looked gorgeous. She got emotional during their vows," a witness told People. "After they were pronounced husband and wife, they couldn't stop kissing. They both looked extremely happy. It was a very special ceremony."
Krupa's wedding, which was attended by several of her "Real Housewives" castmates, will be featured on Season 3 of the Bravo series, E! News reported.
She and Zago had been engaged for more than five years. She called off the nuptials last November, telling InTouch magazine that there was something holding her fiance back from committing to her 100 percent. They patched things up the following month. Their roller-coaster relationship has been one of the main story lines on the show.
