Joe Jonas' 'Work' Cover Is Completely Unnecessary, But Impossible Not To Watch

Click at your own risk.

Here's the tea about Rihanna's "Work": it's irresistibly catchy, but one of the weakest tracks off her new album. We're sorry, but it's 2016, and repeating "work" over and over again just doesn't do it for us anymore. Same goes for you, Fifth Harmony.

So, when a red-haired Joe Jonas and his band DNCE covered the dancehall track in a video released Tuesday, our general reaction was a resounding meh. That being said, watching the foursome sing "Work," using office supplies like staplers, keyboards and scissors for percussion purposes is strangely compelling.

At least Joe seems to be in a better place than when he covered Adele's "Hello" in a head-to-toe clown getup. It's only up from there!
