Rep. John Carney (D-Del.) was re-elected to Congress as the state's at-large representative on Tuesday, beating Republican Rose Izzo, libertarian Scott Gesty and Green Party candidate Bernard August.
The congressman, who went unopposed in this year's Democratic primary, was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2010.
